RESERVATION POLICIES

  • ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

  • All rooms are subject to 7% Sales Tax ( Maine Sales Tax).

  • Extra charges of $20 are applicable per additional person in the room.

  • Cribs and Rollaway beds are available with advance notice.

  • Hair dryers and Iron & Ironing board available at the front desk at no charge.

  • AARP , Senior Discount and AAA are valid through mid and off season only.

  • There is a two night minimum on weekends & major holidays.

  • All rooms & cottages have air conditioning and heaters.

  • There is guaranteed parking for one car per room.

  • Smoking in a Non-Smoking will result in a fine of $150.

  • A deposit equal to the first night's accommodations is required in advance by check, credit card or money order to confirm reservations. Full payment is due upon arrival. Cash, travelers check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover accepted for payment in the office. Personal checks are accepted for advance deposit only.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: To cancel your reservation you need to notify us 14 days prior to your arrival date. All cancellation of less than 14 days will result in loss of deposit this applies to summer season only; during mid & off season a 3 days cancellation notice applies. To shorten your stay please keep in mind 3 days notice is required. All refunds are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.

  • Office hours from 8 A.M - 11 P.M. You must notify us in advance if checking in after 11PM or earlier than 2 PM.

  • CHECK IN TIME IS 2:00 PM AND CHECK OUT IS 10:00 AM .

  • Call to check for pet policy.

  • Swimming pool hours during summer 10 AM to 9 PM and during off season check for the hours at time reservation.
